1. Privacy Policy

Data Collection

We collect account details (name/email via Google Auth), payment information (via Stripe/PayPal), and the raw business datasets (CSV/Excel) you upload for analysis.

Processing Purpose

Data is processed through the Nexus Insights Engine (utilizing the pupnex library and Colab Enterprise) to deliver strategic BI reports.

Zero-Training AI Guarantee

Any data processed via our Gemini-powered Conversational Analytics is used for inference only. We ensure your data is not used to train public AI models.

Security Standards

All insights are stored in BigQuery with Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring that your data silos are never breached.

2. Terms of Service & Data Protection Agreement (DPA)

By using EliasDesk.com and its subdomains (including obzcon.nexus), you enter into a legally binding agreement regarding data processing.

EliasDesk (Processor)

We process data only on your behalf to generate insights.

Client (Controller)

You retain full ownership and responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the data you upload.

Operational Commitments

Automatic PII Redaction: Our system is designed to automatically identify and redact PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to maintain GDPR/SOC2 compliance standards.
Subscription-Based Access: Access to the dashboard, Looker Studio reports, and AI chat features is granted solely to active subscribers.
System Integrity: We reserve the right to decline any processing task that is illegal, abusive, or falls outside the scope of BPO/ITES operational intelligence.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction through evidence-based results.

Eligibility: Subscription refund requests must be submitted to billing@eliasdesk.com within 7 days of the billing cycle start.
Non-Refundable Services: Once a data "run" has been completed and insights have been delivered to your dashboard, the service fee for that period is non-refundable.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise) within 5–10 business days.
